Build deep vertical expertise with strong focus on solutioning and build a consulting front-end. Client partnered with three talent acquisition firms including Z-Digital to hire Digital Transformation talent at a senior level to execute this strategy.
Ztek Approach:
To provide the required candidate volume, a dedicated team was assembled by Z-Digital consisting of a dedicated Partner, 3 Directors and 4 Managers along with 3 research associates.
We partnered with the client upfront to define: role definitions, compensation, interview process, etc. In addition, weekly status calls for each search and monthly meeting were set up with client leadership to review progress against hiring goals.
